The Practical Production & Graduation phase is the culmination of our training program, where participants apply everything they’ve learned in real-time, hands-on sessions. Under guided supervision, trainees produce a range of cleaning products using correct formulations, safety protocols, and packaging techniques. This practical experience not only reinforces classroom knowledge but also boosts confidence in producing high-quality, market-ready products.

As part of the final stage, each participant undergoes a compliance check and product evaluation to ensure they meet industry standards. Trainers assess the effectiveness, safety, packaging, and labeling of each product, offering constructive feedback for improvement. This step is critical in preparing participants for real-world production and ensuring they are equipped to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

Upon successful completion of all training components, participants are awarded a certificate recognizing their competence in product formulation and small-scale manufacturing. The graduation marks the beginning of their journey as empowered entrepreneurs ready to launch or grow their own businesses.
